Squid, rice, shrimps, prosciutto, sherry, garlic, parsley, potatoe
Make risotto with shrimps, prosciutto and rice. Clean squids and stuff them with risotto. Simmer them for about 15 minutes. Add some sherry and season with garlic and parsley.
Serve with potatoes that had been boiled and stewed with squid.
