Hello from Esther So, recently I turned my attention to this (way too long neglected and really, really important) Quarterly Journal. Jerry and I created 40 volumes of this journal over a fifteen year span. As the printed world seems to be giving way to the digital world (email, websites, Facebook, Twitter, blogs…) and as our product line and things we wanted to talk about seemed to explode past the borders of what felt like a limited paper edition, we let this journal fade into the background, temporarily. But Jerry never liked that. He talked about the next Quarterly Journal constantly and we laughingly began calling it “The Occasional Journal.” I want this ongoing publication to be the central hub in keeping you up to speed with our fast moving, ever expanding Abraham experience. So you’ll know where the Abraham seminars will be held, in case you want to join us; so you’ll know which of those events will be broadcast on-line, in case you want to watch from home; so you’ll know what cruises or other longer land-based events are on the schedule, so you can plan in advance if you want to join us; and to make you aware of the newest presentation of Abraham material (new books, CDs, MP3s and DVDs) in case there is a particular subject that is important to you right now. We will present this publication online also, but it is our plan (I can feel Jerry reveling in this idea) to get this publication into your hands on a regular basis so that you can personally benefit by the expansion of this amazing Abraham material. I am filled with appreciation for all that has come before, and for all that is coming next, and most of all, for what is happening, right now! I love you, Esther (Abraham and Jerry love you, too)

Hi Everyone, I wish you could be here today with all of us at the Abraham-Hicks Publications Center to enjoy the splendor of this day. I really believe it is the most beautiful place on the planet, but beyond that, it just feels so good to be here. And I believe that the reason that it feels so good here is because Jerry (from his broader nonphysical perspective) is everywhere around here. It seems to me that he is at his alltime busiest and most joyful! I so want to explain the frequent sensations of Jerry that are happening to me in a way that you can feel them as I do, but I am still trying to wrap my thoughts around what is really going on. When I deliberately stop missing him and instead, focus into my day in a meaningful way, he’s right there… seeing through my eyes, feeling through my skin, listening with my ears, tasting with my tongue and smelling with my nose. And then my experience is brilliantly enhanced! I am beginning to understand that by getting on with my life and focusing upon something that is important to me that Jerry joins me with his interest and enthusiasm and then wonderful things happen: I am clearer and surer. And I feel great!

— You sent so many beautiful notes sharing your love and appreciation for Jerry that I still have not made my way through all of them. I know he’s feeling the appreciation that the world is feeling for him. Thousands upon thousands of love letters! So much love! A Twelve Point Synopsis of Abraham-Hicks’ Teachings

You Are a Physical Extension of That Which is Non-physical.

You Are Here in This Body Because You Chose to Be Here.

All-That-Is, or that which you call God, is not finished and waiting for you to catch up. You are the leading edge of thought, here seeking more: more of all that feels good to you, more of that which is fresh and gloriously uplifting. (You are, in essence, bringing heaven to earth.) You chose the opportunity to experience this delicious contrast in time and space, and with great anticipation you came to co-create with other joy-seeking Beings, to fine-tune the process of deliberate thought. (What, where, when and with whom you create are your choices, too.) You are free to choose to discover new avenues for your joy. In your joy you will grow; and in your growth you add to the expansion of All-That-Is. (However, you are also free to choose bondage or pain . . . but everything anyone chooses is only because they believe it will help them feel better.) By the Universal Law of Attraction, you are attracting the essence of whatever you are choosing to give your attention to — whether wanted or unwanted. And so, you often create by default. But you can know by how your emotion feels if what you are attracting (creating) is what you are wanting or if it is not what you are wanting. (Where is your attention focused?) As you ask yourself what you now want and why you want it, the essence of your desire is activated, and the Universe begins to bring it to you. The more intense your positive feelings, the faster it is coming to you. (It is as easy to create a castle as a button.) Your loving Inner Being offers guidance in the form of emotion. Entertain a wanted or unwanted thought, and you feel a wanted or unwanted emotion. Choose to change the thought and you have changed the emotion — and you have changed the creation. (Make more choices in every day.)

The Universe Adores You for it Knows Your Broadest Intentions.

Relax into Your Natural Well-Being. All is Well. (Really It Is!)

You Are a Creator of Thoughtways on Your Unique Path of Joy.

You have chosen to come to earth with great intentions, and the Universe constantly guides you on your chosen path. When you are feeling good, you are, in that moment, allowing more of that which you have intended from your broader perspective. (You are Spirit Incarnate.) The essence of all that you appreciate is constantly flowing into your reality. As you find more things to appreciate, your state of appreciation opens more avenues to more for which to feel appreciation. (As you think, you vibrate. As you vibrate, you attract.) No one can limit where you can direct your thought. There are no limits to your joyous journeys to experience. On the path to your happiness you will discover all that you want to be or do, or have. (Allowing others their experiences allows you yours.)

Actions to Be Taken and Possessions to Be Exchanged Are By-products of Your Focus on Joy.

You May Appropriately Depart Your Body Without Illness or Pain.

You Can Not Die; You Are Everlasting Life.

On your deliberately joyous journey your actions will be inspired, your resources will be abundant, and you will know by the way you feel that you are fulfilling your reason for life. (Most have this one backwards, therefore most feel little joy in their actions or their possessions.) You need not attract illness or pain as an excuse to leave your body. Your natural state — coming, remaining or leaving — is that of health and Well-Being. (You are free to choose to focus upon—and attract—otherwise.) In grace, you may choose to relax and allow your gentle transition back into your Non-physical state of pure, positive Energy. Your natural state is that of Foreverness. (Have fun with all of this! You can’t get it wrong, and you’ll never get it done.)

It is not necessary for even one other person to understand the Law of Attraction or the processes that we are offering here in order for you to have a wonderful, happy, productive Life Experience — for you are the attractor of your experience. That Which Is Like Unto Itself Is Drawn… Everything that you perceive here in your physical environment is Vibration, and the life you are living is your Vibrational interpretation. The powerful Law of Attraction is at the root of everything that you experience; and the stable, never-changing, always-accurate premise of this Law is: that which is like unto itself, is drawn. When you give thought to something, you begin the attraction process of the essence of that subject into your own life experience. Once you have activated a Thought Vibration within yourself by giving your attention to the subject, the progression of expansion occurs.

My Most Important Relationship Is With My Source… There is no relationship of greater importance to achieve than the relationship between you, in your physical body, right here and now, and the Soul/Source/God from which you have come. Attempting to Control Others Attracts More to Be Controlled… It is easy to understand how you would come to the conclusion that your path to feeling good is through influencing or controlling the behavior of others. But as you attempt to control them (through influence or coercion), you discover that

The Law of Attraction Assembles Happy Relationships… Asking your relationship with any other to be the basis of buoying you up is never a good idea, because the Law of Attraction cannot bring to you something different from the way you feel. The Law of Attraction cannot bring you a well-balanced, happy person if you are not yourself already that. The Law of Attraction, no matter what you do or say, will bring to you those who predominantly match the person who you predominantly are. Everything that everyone desires is for one reason only: they believe they will feel better in the having of it. We just want you to understand that you must feel better before it can come to you. In simple terms, if you are not happy with yourself, or with your life, the attraction of a partner will only exaggerate the discord, because any action taken from a place of lack is always counterproductive.
