This event will be showcasing the latest successful sales and marketing initiatives that agents can implement in their own business. Aimed at sales and marketing managers & directors, this event will cover both sales and lettings. Attendees will be sure to take away a work book full of ideas! The event will run once in London and once in Manchester giving you access to forward thinking agents from across the UK.

Growth Summit 22nd April

Aimed for business owners and senior directors, this event will look at the key stages of business growth and how to overcome the common challenges faced when growing a business. The best systems and processes to consider implementing will be shared, as well as hearing from proven business owners who have been there and done it! This event will attract estate agency owners looking to grow their business from all over the UK.

Property Management LIVE 7th October

Property Management is so important – perhaps the most important part of an estate agency business. This seminar will be looking at best practice in the industry including sessions with leading Property Managers from agents across the UK. The Property Academy will also be presenting the key Property Management findings from the Landlord and Tenant surveys. This seminar will attract property managers, lettings managers and business owners.

New Homes LIVE will be returning to showcase brand new ideas from the New Homes Industry in the UK and overseas. The Property Academy will also be presenting insights from the Home Moving Trends Survey, specifically around the buying and selling of New Homes vs second hand and what this means for you and your business. This event will attract house builders large and small as well as estate agents with a hew homes offering.

Estate Agency Events are the organisers of the Estate Agency of the Year Awards and the Lettings Agency of the Year Awards, widely accepted as the most sought after awards in our profession. As a result, each event attracts leading small, medium and large estate and letting agents from across the UK. The awards were established in 2003 with the aim of celebrating and endorsing best practice. Ever since we have been providing property professionals with a platform to reward hard work, high standards and exceptional performance.

why eVents The events are each attended by over 600 senior people from the UK’s leading estate and letting agents and these are the people who make the strategic decisions, appoint industry suppliers and have ultimate say over budgets. The ability to connect with these individuals in a business/social environment is something that many of the best suppliers to the industry have come to appreciate that our flagship events provide more than any other. As a sponsor of the awards, you would benefit from brand exposure and networking opportunities that have the potential to deliver business opportunities from highly successful estate agencies, whilst also raising the profile of what you are doing to the industry at large. There are many marketing messages presented to agents by telephone, e-mail and print on a daily basis, which tend to act as interruptions as they are not in ‘buying mode’ whilst in the office. By removing agents from their day-to-day environment, they have a much more open mindset to explore new ideas and opportunities. Both events are full days and come in two parts. During the morning we host inspiring and informative seminars focused on business improvement and innovation within the industry. Prior to the seminars, delegates are directed to the exhibition suite and also within the mid-morning break to ensure that you have multiple opportunities to have meaningful dialogue with agents. After the seminars close there is a one hour drinks reception also held in the exhibition suite which is then followed by the awards luncheon where the winners are announced. the opportunity A limited number of sponsorship packages are available for both events, to enable you to sponsor an award and exhibit to the delegates. You can choose to be involved in one of the events as a standalone package or agree a combined deal to support both events and benefit from a reduced rate.


Our events team will provide you with ongoing support in the buildup to, during and after the event to ensure that you get the most out of your investment. On agreeing to be involved, we will arrange a planning session with you to establish your objectives and how we can help you to get your desired result from the event/s. In addition to exhibition space the seminar programme may offer the opportunity to promote your products and services. headline networKing A headline package giving the sponsor the opportunity to own the event during the drinks reception. The drinks reception is held after the close of the morning seminars and includes drinks and canapĂŠs prior to the awards luncheon. The duration of this reception is a minimum of 1hr and we work with the headline sponsor to maximise their exposure during this period.

Vip breaKFast sponsorship This package is almost entirely bespoke depending on the sponsors requirements and provides an opportunity to target a select audience and bring them together in an intimate setting prior to the big day. m as t e r m i n d g ro u p s We have over 100 estate agents that are members of our mastermind groups and we are offering just 18 meetings next year to be joined by a supplier during the lunch break. This will be an opportunity for a 10-minute maximum presentation to give an overview of your offering and then for your literature to be given out to the forward thinking agents that are members of that particular group. You will be welcome to stay for lunch where members can then ask any additional questions relating to your product. This is a fantastic opportunity to increase awareness of your product or service to a selection of forward thinking agents and also a way of getting feedback on your offering and suggestions for potential improvements.
