YANN LE BRAS is an illustrator. He lives, works, and eats lemon tarts in Nantes, in his workshop, “Radar”.

CAROLINE MIGNOT is a food journalist for L’Hôtellerie-Restauration, Prima, and Pâtisserie Cuisine Actuelle. She is the author of Mignot, le guide des bonnes tables de Paris (Éditions First, 2008 and 2009) and Petit Guide des meilleurs bistrots de Paris (Éditions First, 2010), and in 2006 was one of the first journalists to launch a blog: www.tableadecouvert.com. In 2013, she hosted a documentary series with Michelin-starred Chef Michel Roth, called Repas de fête. She is always in search of the best pastries, new restaurants, passionate chefs, and legendary artisans.
