These are all normal events that will go away postpartum. A dark line may appear between the navel and the pubic bone, if this is the case, don’t be alarmed, as it too will slowly disappear postpartum.

FOR MOMMY: Your mammary glands may start producing colostrum and a yellow discharge may leak from your nipples. However, this doesn’t happen to all mothers, so if it doesn't happen to you, don't worry. It doesn't mean that you won't have any breast milk once your baby is born. Since you keep gaining weight and your bump keeps getting bigger, the use of an elastic band is recommended to avoid lower back pain.

FOR MOMMY: At this time your baby decides what position it will be in for the birth; usually, it’s head down and bottom up. You may begin to feel its hiccups as small tremors in your tummy.
Now that you can finally see its movements with the naked eye, you can caress the elbow, the foot… Try to monitor these movements. Spend time pampering yourself, if you’re up to it, go on long walks, but don’t expect too much from your body!

FOR MOMMY: You have reached the end of this emotionally-filled journey. Your expanding uterus has reached its peak and is compressing various organs, specifically the bladder, which is why you feel the need to pee more often. The abdomen’s skin is very tight; the navel is distended, and a dense network of blood vessels is visible beneath the skin. This may be the month in which you experience the biggest emotional upheavals.
