EMBUDO STREET Design Project PACIFIC OCEAN Collection Rain System

This house is located in a small town in Colombia, Buenaventura; where the weather conditions are extreme. The average of the humidity is 85% and the temperature can reach 102 grades the highest and 56 grades the lowest.

This region also has one of the highest precipitations around the globe, and average of 247 inches per year.

In this building the weather conditions, were part of the design. Due to a deficient water service in this town, a collection rain system is almost a basic need.

Other factor like wind and light can be reach with big windows, opened terraces and types of lattices.

AT EL INGENIO Design Project This project is located in Cali, Colombia in a new development area. Surround by the river and many parks, one of the main ideas was to have more than one scenery views from the building and reach the near landscape from the interiors.

The design of the building was base on a pile of bricks.

REVITALIZING A BASEMENT STREET LEVEL

A SPACE FOR A SINGLE MOTHER Design Project When a single mother realize that her daughter was almost 15 years old, she decided that they needed a new living space were they become friends.

The answer for this design was to unified the social spaces and gave them a new character. And a new bedroom replaced the old kitchen. Now both bedroom are connected by the bathroom that allow mother and daughter share their beauty stuff.

CASA MARZO A HOUSE FOR A TEACHER Design Project This house is located in a crowed neighborhood in the small town of Buenaventura in Colombia. Its design was the result of keeping the noise of the ambient away.

The weather conditions are extreme. The average of the humidity is 85% and the temperature can reach 102 grades. These factors were other points to be apply to the design. As a result, the three plans were connected by a emptiness that runs a long the house, and that allows more natural light and more air streams that help to reduce the temperature feel.

Condominium designed for middle class population of the city of Palmira in Colombia. The design correspond to the first phase of the project that consist of 30 units of houses.

THREE STORIES BUILDING When you thinkSMALL there no APARTMENTS limit for designing, FOR actually there is one; the owner wishes. Some designs are a challenge for an architect, specially those ones where many ideas are involved.

The city of Buenaventura in Colombia, is surrounding by beautiful sceneries by the Pacific Ocean. This was the excuse for a group of friends that wanted to build a small space to relax while their hunting times.
