NAZA TTDI SALES GALLERY Seksyen 13, Shah Alam, Selangor

Value - Vision - InnoVatiVe “V-Shape” The plan is based on the square shape, the shape of the original site. From the square shape, we develop the form by subtracting the flat surface facing main road to the center to get a dramatic ‘V’ form. Result: An angled façade to maximize the viewing angle from the main road & sense of welcoming from the entrance road. The shape of the building inspired by the letter ‘V’ , as the word ‘Value’ & ‘InnoVation’, in the mission statement of Naza TTDI. The ‘V’ form can also be seen from aerial view. In a glance, the building will look like a pair of wings – flying. It symbolizes freedom, speed, an unhindered imagination & rising.

‘V’ shape and angled facade create sense of welcoming. It also respon to the existing junction of the site. The ‘V’ shape and wide angle facade with small opening is to create the sense of curiousity by framing a view of sculpture as a focal point at the centre courtyard. The main entrance drop-off design as informal driveway with multiple floor finishes as a welcoming sense. As for landscape the wide angle facing to the main road Jalan Subang is design with scuptured edgy shape bump lawn. Media façade is a stylistic feature for modern buildings. The façade itself is dematerialized and turned into one huge advertising medium for sending messages.

MEDIA ON WALL Showcase (frontal) projection on wall gives different experiences for visitors especially during events.

MEDIA ON FLOOR Interactive motion sensor LED floor light. Transparent glass floor with display model below the floor.

WALL FINISHES / TREATMENT 3d effect on wall by wall paneling or painting works. Anamorphic illusions -a mind-opening spectacle of geometry applied to three dimensional spaces. Will gives the whole thing a new perspective.

MAS 88 SERVICE APARTMENT Taman Mastika, Ampang, Selangor

Proposed on 5.3 acres land , the extraordinary mix- development is located in Taman Mastika, Kuala Lumpur ; only 1.5 km from MRR2 exit. It will brag not only an exceptional design, but also particular sense which is not equal with another contemporary building. The design expresses freedom, tranquility, nature and also movement. Guided by modern contemporary concept; the dynamic character of the towers is generated through an intrinsically dynamic composition of volumes. The tower are twinned to share programmatic elements and rotate to maximize the view from the site towards the creek and neighboring developments. The design quality of the towers to act as a symbol and icon extends beyond their scale and location. These qualities are derived from the boldness of the architectural concept, from the choreographed movement and blooming flowers that combines the two towers in one overall gesture and weaves with green element so called ‘green roof’, ‘green decks’, transparent staircase and preservation of the original terrain at the site, especially the slope.
