ACHIEVA Property Maintenance has been providing lawn and landscape services since 2003. It continues to provide a full array of services for residential, commercial, light industrial and government facilities throughout Allegheny and Westmoreland Counties. The pesticide application service was added in 2011 and it now provides lawn fertilizing and weed control in landscaped areas, as well as weed control in parking lots. As it continues to grow, ACHIEVA Vocational Supports provides jobs and opportunities to individuals with intellectual disabilities in the lawn and landscape industry.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE Weekly Lawncare: mowing; trimming; leaf blowing; spring and fall seasonal clean-up; fertilizing; core aerating; overseeding, etc.
Hardscaping: patios; retaining walls; sidewalks; planter boxes, etc.
Landscaping: edging; mulching; weed maintenance; planting; tree pruning; shearing; annual and flower bulb planting in the spring, summer and autumn, etc.
