National Panhellenic Conference • National Panhellenic Conference is composed of 26 National Women’s Sororities • College Panhellenic Council exists on college campuses where two or more NPC sororities exist
The National Pan Hellenic Council was formed in 1930 and completed in 1997. It is the governing council for the Divine 9 historically Black Greek Lettered organizations.; 5 fraternities and 4 sororities. The NPHC has a rich history and a heightened sense of pride in the community. The culture relies heavily on tradition including member intake practices, neophyte showcases, stepping, calling, hand signs, songs, paraphernalia, and it’s dedication to the MALANA community.
