ACL works closely with ECL teams in both day services and inclusive employment to
support customers to fill skills gaps and reach their full potential. ACL currently offers classes on outreach in a number of ECL day services centres. These opportunities enable customers to try new things, learn new skills and gain qualifications to support them to make the move into the inclusive employment programme. Learners on ACL vocational, work-based
13
This is implemented by learners enrolling on a transition year, where learners can continue with ACL to fill skills gaps but also work with an ECL Job coach to help them to find employment. This has been highly successful with a number of really positive cases where learners have progressed from ACL courses into paid employment.
“
The tutors (Esme/Laura) have been amazing in building a rapport with customers which enables them to deliver learning in a person centred manner. I would say that ECL Saffron are very much looking forward to all future courses and THANKYOU.

Learners should join my classes to find out about all different types of art and craft and experience new techniques and media and to be introduced to exciting new artists.
