PERSONNEL AIR SHOWER The Personnel Air Shower is used for minimizing particulate matter and to remove surface contamination from personnel entering or exiting the clean space and have demanding applications in the microelectronics, semiconductors, pharmaceuticals and food markets. Moreover these high velocity air showers are available in various specifications with lowest prices and are extremely durable and reliable in nature. Our Air Shower Personnel has been categorized into three classes: Personnel Air Shower Both Sides Flow, Personnel Air Shower One Side Flow and Personnel Air Shower Tower Flow. Each unit is a fully equipped, protected passageway that allows large numbers of personnel to pass into controlled areas without sacrificing convenience or cleanliness.
PERSONNEL AIR SHOWER BOTH SIDES FLOW The Air Showers (Personnel) from Weiber are fully self contained units, designed to provide complete decontamination solutions for various clean room applications. They are ideally installed at the entrance of a clean room or controlled environment chamber to minimize the entry of dust and particulate matters inside the clean room via the clothes and skin surfaces of the personnel. Our air showers feature programmable operating modes for flexible application and microprocessor based controller for precise supervision of the operating parameters. They use highly efficient pre-filters and HEPA filters for maintaining highly sterile working environments and an integrated fan/blower assembly to provide high velocity air streams for maximum scrubbing action against dust and particulate matters adherent on the exposed skin, clothes and material surfaces.

PERSONNEL AIR SHOWER ONE SIDE FLOW Weiber Air Showers Personnel are specially designed antechambers, ideally installed in front of a clean room or controlled environment chamber to prevent the entry of contaminating particles inside the working area. They are an integral part of modern laboratories, industries and manufacturing units and are particularly important for applications requiring highly sterile working environments. Our air showers come equipped with high quality pre-filters and HEPA filters for continuous filtration of air within the chamber and a powerful motor and blower assembly for maintaining uniform air streams at appropriate air velocities throughout the working area. The air streams produce enough scrubbing action for the removal of dust and other particulate contaminants from the clothes and skin surfaces of the user, prior to entering the controlled environment chamber.
PERSONNEL AIR SHOWER TOWER FLOW The Personnel Air Showers from Weiber are specially designed antechambers that clean off dust particles, viable and non viable organic particles and other particulate matters from the clothes and skin surfaces of the personnel and equipments before they enter the clean room. They serve as an integral component of the modern clean rooms, providing a cost effective solution to the contamination problems. The fully automatic operation prevents the need for manual switching on/off of the air shower cycle and the shower time, providing an unmatched ease of use. The incorporated safety features such as magnetically operated interlocked doors, the auto reset feature and an array of alarms and LED indicators for actual and set parameters prevent accidental lockouts and ensure smooth functioning of the unit.
