The major work of a Mortuary Chamber is to keep cadaverous and storing them for longer time to avoid decomposition. It helps us in identification individual dead bodies. In this process body has been preserved by exposure towards chemicals, coldness and very low humidity.
These custom mortuary chambers are fully corrosion free metal component with advance insulation of polyurethane foam. Outer body of chamber are constructed of stainless steel/aluminium sheets painted with long lasted stove enamel. The inner chamber is made up of heavy gauge stainless steel of SS-304 grade.
All the doors are connected by chrome plate hinges and fitted with hard chrome plated lubricated latches for door opening. The floor of our Mortuary Chambers is constructed with hardened and reinforced steel sheets

containing spills for easy cleaning and hygiene. An energy efficient cooling unit is installed in our mortuary chambers. We only use ISI marked high end CFC free compressors of Kirloskar/Tecumseh make, conforming to latest international standards and guidelines. Temperature range of our customized mortuary chamber models are 2oC to 8oC. / 0o c to -10o C / as per the customer requirement.
Weiber Mortuary chamber have capacity to modify the same to suit the individual specialized requirements of our customers. To maintain a steady temperature it’s equipped with a temperature controller cum indicator controlled through programmable micro-processor and Temperature inside the chamber are controlled with a sensitivity of + 1o c or better. Audio Visual Temperature alarm provides in the unit for better protection during temperature fluctuation. Our mortuary chamber is provided with door operated illumination system comprising of fluorescent lights. Front panel of our units comprises of on/off switches cooling and mains indicator lamps, temperature controllers and voltmeters.
Its salient features reliability, precise control of environmental parameters, designed for long storage of cadaverous, designed for best hygiene, PUF insulation, audio alarm for high and low temperature, micro processor based controllers, aesthetically designed, corrosion resistant interiors and exteriors, energy efficient, CFC free cooling, sturdy construction and low maintenance.
TEMPERATURE RANGE/CONTROL Temperature range of these equipments is from 2 to 8 or 0 to -10 degree Celsius. However the temperature range of these equipments can be modified as per customer requirenment.
