Cayman Cocktail Week is a celebration of all things cocktail-y and sip-worthy in the Cayman Islands. Next Door promises a fresh cocktail experience in a classic bar environment that will appeaI to all. As its name suggests, Next Door is located directly adjacent to its owners' existing Camana Bay restaurant, Agua. The team has been inspired by Cayman's traditional uses of bush medicine to create a cocktail menu that incorporates local ingredients, prepped fresh inside the kitchen.
