Below are the step-by-step directions on how to Schedule Parent/Teacher Conferences, Reschedule a Scheduled Conference and Print your Scheduled Conference(s). If you have any questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact your child(ren)’s teacher or the Elementary School Office.

3. On this screen you will see the name(s) of your child(ren). Click on “All Conferences” next to your child’s name.

PARENT/TEACHER CONFERENCE SIGN-UP 1. Log in to Skyward.

4. Choose the class/teacher you want to schedule a conference with. Under Status, click “Select a Time”.

2. Choose “Conferences”. 5. A pop-up screen will appear with available dates and times.


6. From the available date(s) and times, click “Select” next to the one that best fits your schedule.

7. A second pop-up screen will show the teacher’s name, date and time of conference, child’s name and course. Click on “Save” to confirm your selection. *A confirmation email will be sent to the email listed.

Please do not schedule more than one conference session per teacher. If you feel you need additional time, please schedule a conference at a later date.

SCHEDULING ADDITIONAL CONFERENCES 1. If you would like to schedule a conference with a “Specials” teacher for the same child, follow the same procedures as above, selecting the class/teacher.

2. To schedule a conference for a different child, click on “All Conferences” next to the child’s name. Then, choose the class/teacher you want to schedule a conference with. Under Status, click “Select a Time”.


3. A pop-up screen will appear with available dates and times.

5. A second pop-up screen will show the teacher’s name, date and time of conference, child’s name and course. Click on “Save” to confirm your selection. *A confirmation email will be sent to the email listed.

4. From the available date(s) and times, click “Select” next to one that best fits your schedule, keeping in mind the previously scheduled conferences. Please do not schedule more than one conference session per teacher. If you feel you need additional time, please schedule a conference at a later date.


RESCHEDULING A CONFERENECE In the event you need to reschedule a conference, please follow the steps below.

3. Check to be sure the conference that needs to be rescheduled is correct and click “Save”.

1. Next to your child’s name, click on “View Scheduled Times”.

4. Choose the class/teacher you want to reschedule a conference with. Under Status, click “Select a Time”.

2. Find the scheduled time you need to reschedule, then click on “Unschedule”.

5. A pop-up screen will appear with available dates and times.


6. From the available date(s) and times, click “Select” next to the one that best fits your schedule.

PRINTING OR VIEWING YOUR PARENT/TEACHER CONFERENCE To print or view your scheduled conferences, please follow the steps below.

7. A second pop-up screen will show the teacher’s name, date and time of conference, child’s name and course. Click on “Save” to confirm your selection. *A confirmation email will be sent to the email listed.

1. Click on “Scheduled Conference Report” at the top of the screen.


2. A pop-up screen will appear. Choose an option to sort the scheduled conference. The select “Print”.

3. Click on “View Report”.

4. A printable copy will be displayed on your screen for you to print.
