HISTORY Elevation Behavioral Health is a luxury sober living facility located in Malibu, California, founded by Steve Booth and Priya Chaudhri, PhD. Both Steve and Dr. Chaudhri are addiction industry leaders with extensive backgrounds in developing and operating in-patient addiction treatment centers in California. Recognizing a need in the area of primary mental health and dual diagnosis care for individuals completing residential treatment, the two created Elevation—an intimate 90-day program limited to six adults at one time. The facility provides medical and mental health care and support for clients transitioning back into independent living. Dr. Chaudhri is a psychiatrist with extensive training in addiction treatment. She provides high quality and consistent medical care to the residents of Elevation. During childhood, Steve witnessed the wreckage that addiction can cause by watching its effects on family members suffering from the disease. He has also seen how treatment helped these same people regain purpose in their lives and is passionate about helping others do the same.

LOGO This is the main logo that will be used across primary brand applications. If the logo is going to be applied with a size less than 2 inches wide, the ‘E’ icon can be used in place of the full logo. It is important that the icon is only used in select cases, such as web application. The Elevation logo should appear with proper clear space around it to ensure maximum clarity. The clear space measurement is always based off of the exact logo size you are working with, so an appropriate amount of clear space can be determined regardless of the size of the logo. To calculate the minimum clear space, use the “E” located in the box above the word ‘ELEVATION.’ No elements should be placed within the clear space of the logo.

LOGO APPLICATION The Elevation logo should always be presented in its full color over white or light-colored backgrounds or photos. When this is not possible, use a solid-color background or photo that provides enough contrast to keep the logo legible. The one-color Elevation logo should be used on dark backgrounds or photos. The gray-scale logo should be used for one-color print materials.

UNACCEPTABLE USAGE 1. Do not rotate or distort. 2. Do not change the colors of the logo. 3. Do not place on photos with insufficient contrast. 4. Do not add drop shadows or any other effects. 5. COLOR PALETTE The primary colors consist of Elevation Steel Gray and Elevation Gold. The accent colors are light yellow with dark brown and dark blue. This color palette provides an elegant and sophisticated feel across the brand.

TYPOGRAPHY Typography is powerful for the brand and must be used consistently. This set of typefaces best represent the elegance and sophistication of the Elevation brand and should be used across all print and web applications.

PHOTOGRAPHY STYLE Photography should reflect what it’s like at Elevation Behavioral Health and what the client and loved ones can expect, with the ultimate goal of inciting individuals to contact Elevation. Include real people whenever possible and convey a certain energy and spirit of positive recovery. All photography should support the brand values: integrity, respect, generosity, commitment and transparency. The photos that work best have a contemporary style and evoke sophistication, compassion and approachability. All photos should be full color, without filters, and include full horizon depth with open space. The photos should always feature one prominent person in a setting true to the location of Elevation Behavioral Health.
