The goal of ACT of CT’s Education Department is to offer a variety of programs, masterclasses and performance opportunities for students from beginner to professional, covering a wide range of topics and exposing students to a diverse group of instructors and teaching styles.
ACT of CT is now offering Virtual Lessons for students of all levels! Virtual instruction with our staff of Broadway and professional teaching artists can be individually tailored to accommodate each student’s experience, level, ability and goals. Coming Soon to ACT of CT! Stay tuned for details about our upcoming virtual masterclass series, “The Music Behind The Musical,” with ACT of CT Resident Music Supervisor, Bryan Perri, and other virtual class opportunities this winter! ACT of Connecticut is thrilled to announce the creation of a new scholarship initiative entitled First ACT! First ACT! was created to support, encourage and nurture students of all socio-economic backgrounds, races, ethnicities and genders so that they may receive the highest level of training and theatrical education possible. ACT of CT strongly believes that theater fosters empathy and inspires creative thinking while providing a safe space in which all can listen and learn from one another.
