ACT colleagues stepped up, to get fitter and happier, as part of our Staff Health Week in October.

Keen team members enjoyed workout sessions, fun walks, recipe tips and even a dance exercise class! A mixture of face-to-face sessions and digital demonstrations were put on across our centres, to ensure as many people as possible enjoyed Staff Health Week, which kicked off on Monday October 24. As well as exercise sessions for fitness, staff were also invited to try out new hobbies to aid wellbeing.
