Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
This qualification is designed to assist individuals employed in a classroom support role, working under the supervision of a class teacher, to develop the skills and knowledge needed to work with children and young people. Progression to level 3 enhances skills and knowledge allowing support staff to take on more responsibility in the classroom.

Our programmes are primarily delivered through 1-to-1 sessions with a member of the ACT delivery team. Prospective learners will be offered a blend of face-to-face and remote learning sessions and will meet with their assessor once a month either on site, in their place of work, or virtually via digital platforms. Independent study and research will be required in order to complete the qualification.
