NOTE FROM THE REGIONAL DIRECTOR
Hello Region II! I hope your 2020 has been as productive and (positively) exciting as mine. We all know the spring semester is a very busy time, which makes it even more important to take time for ourselves and those things that we know matter most. In addition to my personal excitement, your Region II Leadership Team has been excitedly working on quite a few projects and opportunities for us this coming year. Our time together at the Annual Conference in Atlanta will be brief, but attendees will learn about scholarships, volunteer opportunities, educational drive-ins, and more. As dues-paying members of ACUI, I strongly encourage you to take advantage of everything this association has to offer – not just because you paid for it, but because you can count on your Regional Leadership Team to develop timely, relevant, content-driven experiences for students and staff members alike. As an additional project this year, our region will undergo our biannual Member Needs Assessment, which the Leadership Team uses to establish goals and outcomes for the next two years. I hope that everyone will take some time to fill out that survey in a thoughtful manner – the more input we get, the more focused and responsive we can be for you! Please look for that link in an email and on social media in the near future. As always, please let us know how we can continue to serve you and your institution!
