Indulge yourself Dining out is a sensory experience — from the sound of clanging kitchenware to the scent of basil on a slice of margherita pizza, eating out is so overwhelmingly sensual. Sometimes it's a test of will as much as it is an opportunity for pleasure. We invited our readers (some of the most discerning diners out there) to weigh in on who's dishing out the best food in Toledo. Then we asked the sexy servers at Toledo’s area restaurants to present the awards. As there's only so much we can do at the City Paper to recreate this experience — we're two-dimensional, after all, and scratch-n-sniff wouldn't do these dishes any justice — we thought we'd indulge your sense of sight.
