Introduction
These are our brand guidelines, which explain how to use our new visual identity with confidence and clarity. Our guidelines have been designed to ensure consistency throughout our brand helping to create a framework based on effective and recognisable communication. The following pages demonstrate the flexibility of the visual identity and how it should be used within our magazine series. These booklets are designed to help you conform to the Arkitekt rules and regulations but also allow you the freedom to be creative.

Implementation
We have two ways in which our identity can be used. The towerblock styling is the primary example and is used as a masthead for the front cover of every magazine we publish. It will become a recognisable symbol amongst our subscribers and occasional readers. The secondary styling appraoch involves a direct horizontal approach which is for our business stationery and specialist areas of the magazine (see grid for more information).

The identity will be most predominant on the magazines’ front cover. The identity should be placed directly in the centre of the artwork. This does not include the date and price.
