In the shoes of a regulator Brief This is an opportunity for insight in to the types of cases that are notified to AHPRA and the decision making process. The session will commence with an outline of the AHRPA process and the possible outcomes. Participants will be asked to review actual case scenarios from the perspective of the Board. The discussions will be facilitated with the help of representatives of the Risk team at Guild Insurance, AHPRA and the ADA.
