Mark Werman, Managing Director, Wentworth Advantage After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, Mark Werman moved into human resources just on 30 years ago. Mark completed his Master of Commerce degree in Human Resources in 1992, and in 1991 he was part of the establishment of the HR Consulting Division at BDO Chartered Accountants and Advisers. Since 2002 Mark has headed up Wentworth Advantage and runs a team of workplace relations, employment law and work health & safety specialists who provide quality, innovative solutions to a broad range of clients, with a particular focus on membershipbased associations. Wentworth Advantage provides workplace relations support to approximately 100,000 businesses around the country. Wentworth Advantage is the provider of the ADA HR Advisory Service and has been servicing the HR needs of ADA members for over 20 years.
