sale Terms
All cattle sell under the standard terms and conditions of the American Simmental Association. Available upon request.
We will be selling 100% possession and reserve the right to retain 1/3 semen interest on all bulls selling, with the option to collect 100 units for in-herd use only. This will be done at the seller’s expense and the buyer’s convenience. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Color & polled guide
Homozygous Black All calves will be black if mated to a black or non-dilutor red cow.
Heterozygous Black If mated to a nondilutor red cow ½ the calves will be black and ½ will be red.
Homozygous Polled All calves will be polled.
Heterozygous Polled If mated to a horned cow ½ of the calves will be polled and ½ will be horned.
Non-Dilutor If mated to a heterozygous black cow, ½ the calves will be black and ½ will be red. If mated to a homozygous black cow, all calves will be black.
Dilutor If mated to black cow, you might get a grey calf.

TO THE 2025 EMERY RANCH PRIVATE TREATY BULL SALE
Thank you for your interest in our 2025 private treaty offering. Big thanks to the people that have helped get us here. We’ve been selling a few private treaty bulls in the past couple years and have gotten the opportunity to purchase some cows and a flush from Traxinger Simmental. Expanding our registered herd we hope to be able to offer more bulls each year.
The purebreds were weaned October 19th, they were given their booster shots along with an injectable dewormer and multimin shot. All vet work is done by Tim Kruse of Wetonka Vet. Bulls are also on a vitafirm mineral. We DNA tested all the bulls with enhanced EPDs. All the bulls are tested for homo polled, homo black, diluter free and parent verification. We are keeping the right to collect semen on all the bulls for in herd use.
We will semen test and deliver/help assist in the best way possible for delivery.
There will be a bid option on all of the bulls and the bidding will end March 1st. Feel free to call/ text to place a bid or if you’d like any more information on the bulls, or if you’d like to stop by and look.

The dam of this bull was purchased from Dolls at the North Dakota State Sale and she hit a home run in her first calf. He weaned off the cow with an actual weaning weight of 866. We ended up splitting a flush with Dolls so be sure to look for more of her calves the future at both sales.

We got the opportunity to flush the B479 donor cow from Traxinger Simmental and she works with any mating you throw at her. She raised Trax Red River E84 and Trax Bull Dog G49 (Kunkle Simmental). These 6 full brothers are out of KS Bachelor K571 who we purchased from Kenners in their 2023 sale. These full brothers should add a little more frame and performance.
