Hear leaders share stories about connection to Country and the cultural significance of this place. Join us to participate in a smoking ceremony, acknowledge the ancestors and pay respect to the land on which we gather throughout Fringe.

Take your students out of the classroom where education comes alive! Our Schools Program provides a personalised booking service for teachers organising Fringe experiences for their students, including access to discounted schools price tickets, Equity discount per ticket for Category 1 to 4 schools, and much more.
Throughout this guide you’ll find the many shows in our program that appeal to young people, including events specifically created for schools. Reach out to our team for help choosing a great show for your students and assistance with the entire booking process.

All events in this guide offer a discounted Schools ticket price. Dates shaded with a coloured rectangle are existing Fringe performance sessions offering the Schools ticket price. The dates of other performances which have regular ticket pricing appear in black. In-school performances can be arranged in discussion with the artist, and dedicated school performances may be available upon request.

*Complimentary teacher tickets are issued according to the Department for Education teacher/student ratio: Pre-School – Year 2, 1:6 (1 teacher per 6 students) Year 3 – Year 7, 1:10 Year 8 – Year 12, 1:15
Please note this initiative is capped and we encourage Category 1 to 4 schools to enquire with the Schools Program team as early as is convenient.
Additional teachers and supervising adults beyond the complementary ratios are charged at the same ticket price as students.
