Adelaide Fringe is the biggest arts festival in Australia! It runs every year for 31 days over February and March in Adelaide and regional South Australia. More than 4.3 million people attended Fringe in 2023 Adelaide Fringe made history and sold over one million tickets in 2023! Adelaide Fringe recognises and pays our respects to the First Nations peoples across this country, whose lands were never ceded and remain important to the living First Nations peoples today. In particular we would like to acknowledge Kaurna Yarta Miyurna First Nations Peoples and their ancestral lands on which our festival and office is located. We respect the living cultures, spirit, and country of the First Peoples. We acknowledge and embrace the significance and diversity of First Nations People’s contributions in our Fringe and in the greater arts community.

ADELAIDE FRINGE IS ON 16 FEBRUARY - 17 MARCH 2024

“Adelaide Fringe celebrates the diverse cultural backgrounds that make up South Australia. We are committed to offering a platform for artists and venues to showcase the broad range of their unique voices and perspectives.”

“As a recently opened venue, we weren’t sure what to expect in terms of how audiences would receive a new kid on the block, but the shows we had pulled in enthusiastic and supportive audiences, some of whom have kept in touch to attend other shows based on the quality of our Fringe program.

It doesn’t matter how big or small your venue is, you can create Fringe magic in your venue. Registering your venue is FREE! Once you have registered, add your venue to our Venue Finder, so artists and producers can learn about your venue and get in touch.

We look forward to being part of future years.” - Expressions Media Director, Libby Trainor Parker
