WELCOME TO THE SCHOOLS BOOKING GUIDE FOR 2022!
Our Schools Program is a great way to be a part of Fringe! The program provides a personalised booking service for teachers organising Fringe experiences for their students, including access to discounted schools price tickets, Equity discount per ticket for Category 1 to 4 schools and much more. Throughout this guide you’ll find listed the many shows in our program that appeal to young people, including events specifically created for schools. Reach out to our team for help choosing a great show for your students and assistance with the entire booking process. Dates shaded with a coloured rectangle are existing Fringe performance sessions offering the Schools ticket price, or additional dedicated schools performance sessions. Other existing Fringe sessions which have regular ticket prices appear in black.

SCHOOLS PROGRAM INFO FOR TEACHERS The Adelaide Fringe Schools Program provides assistance, benefits and resources to teachers who are booking Fringe experiences for their students. Through the program, artists offer discounted tickets for schools and free tickets for teachers these shows are listed in this Booking Guide. In addition, Adelaide Fringe offers Category 1 to 4 schools a $5 Equity discount on each ticket purchased*.
ADELAIDE FRINGE HAS A DEDICATED SCHOOLS PROGRAM COORDINATOR WHO CAN ASSIST YOU BY: Helping you to select a show appropriate for your students Accessing discounted schools price tickets (where available) for your group
*Complimentary teacher tickets are issued according to the DECD teacher/student ratio: Pre-School – Year 2, 1:6 (1 teacher per 6 students) Year 3 – Year 7, 1:10 Year 8 – Year 12, 1:15 Additional teachers and supervising adults above the complementary ratios are charged at the same ticket price as students.
HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING: Email Melissa at schools@adelaidefringe.com.au with the name of the show, date, time and venue, the number of students and the year level, and the number of teachers/adults to attend. Ticket availability will be checked, and the best ticket price and free teacher tickets will be reserved. Adelaide Fringe will then invoice your school, and upon payment, will issue the tickets.
