You need to be saved
“Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God” (John 3:3). “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23). “For there is not a just man on earth who does good And does not sin” (Ecclesiastes 7:20). “The heart is deceitful above all things, And desperately wicked; Who can know it?” (Jeremiah 17:9). “All we like sheep have gone astray; We have turned, every one, to his own way; And the LORD has laid on Him the iniquity of us all” (Isaiah 53:6).

Remember “So then each of us shall give account of himself to God” (Romans 14:12). “And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment” (Hebrews 9:27). “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life” (John 5:24). “And if it seems evil to you to serve the LORD, choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve” (Joshua 24:15).
“For whoever shall keep the whole law, and yet stumble in one point, he is guilty of all” (James 2:10). You can’t save yourself “ Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit” (Titus 3:5).

Jesus will give you the strength to overcome every temptation “No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it” (1 Corinthians 10:13). “Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed” (John 8:36). “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new” (2 Corinthians 5:17).
