Everyone can be a content creator. But to make sure they are stand out, they must have a strong and unique personality. And finding one can be a challenge sometimes.
STRATEGY
First, we encourage & support our users who want to become content creators by offering starter packs that could be useful to make any type of content.
We also utilized a series of 15s videos to underscore the notion that everyone can make good content using basic tools.
Finally, we created a social media quiz to help our users identify what kind of content creators they could be, based on their personality.
OBJECTIVE
By providing products for people who might not know where to start to become content creators, we aim to strengthen Tokopedia’s electronic category positioning and become public’s
