Series of shipping containers as health-care modules were proposed to the MCGM at high density locations. The modules were designed in an ‘attractive colour scheme’ to please the eye, ‘ramps’ were provided for ‘univeral access’ and modules was well insulated against outside heat and were well ventilated to maintain hygenic conditions. Initial proposed locations included hospitals, colleges, office spaces and open play areas near the Koliwada region, but the modular proposal made the design adaptable on a wider range of locations.

Variations:-

Variation 1 included a proposal for a two bed blood donation centre which could be set up in any location. The goal was to promote blood donation and bring the module as close as possible to the donation site

Variation 2 proposed a doctors’ module, or a space which could be easily set-up near underprivileged area so that hygenic medical help is accessible to all. Provision of dedicated partition walls and storage for medication has been proposed for the module.

Variation 3 was proposed as a three-bed extension module. The aim was to create a module which acts as an addition to any existing checkup space or to make a testing module which can be set up in public zones of high interaction
