THE GINGER MAN Location: Boston, MA Firm: Tree House Design Completed: March 2016 Description: 8,400 sq. ft. craft beer bar & restaurant. Includes smaller bar downstairs adjacent to new private tasting room in restored bank vault. Role in project: • Project Architect -- Schematic design through construction • Created all CAD documentation including construction documents and millwork details • Designed and detailed custom oak bar, back bar, and millwork throughout • Coordinated with engineers, kitchen designer, contractor, and millworkers • Reviewed shop drawings, RFI’s, and submittals • Specified all FF&E and confirmed compliance with Boston code requirements • Coordinated with lighting designer to select energy compliant lighting throughout

ORWASHERS Location: Upper West Side, NYC Firm: Tree House Design Completed: September 2016 Description: 1,200 sq foot artisinal bakery, custom steel and glass partition offers views into “bread lab”. Second location to mark centennial anniversary of this family owned bakery, originally opened in 1916 on the Upper East Side. Role in project: • Conducted site survey to produce base plans • Designed and detailed custom millwork including front counter with built-in display shelving, blackened steel sneeze guard, back countertop with steel and wood wall shelving for bread, and white carerra standing tables • Produced reflected ceiling plan and specified new lighting throughout • Selected finishes throughout

BUSTLER Location: Midtown, NYC Firm: Tree House Design Completed: November 2015 Description: 1,100 sq foot self-serve coffee shop, prototype store for future chain expansion. Role in project: • Project Architect -- schematic design through construction administration • Conducted site survey and produced base plans • Attended site meetings and corresponded regularly with the client • Designed and detailed custom millwork throughout • Coordinated with kitchen designer to locate and identify new equipment throughout, designed millwork to perfectly frame or conceal equipment • Coordinated with graphic designer to implement branding throughout • Specified FF&E throughout Photo courtesy of Bustler Coffee

REBELLE Location: Nolita, NYC Firm: hOmE Studios Completed: April 2015 Description: French restaurant, features include custom marble bar and internally lit glass and steel back bar. Two separate dining rooms, back dining provides views into open kitchen. Role in project: • Junior designer and draftsperson -- schematic design through construction • Created CAD drawings for construction documents and custom details • Worked closely with principals on design for custom internally illuminated back bar • Worked closely with senior designer to develop details for custom lighting throughout

DOS CAMINOS Location: Times Square, NYC Firm: hOmE Studios Completed: August 2015 Description: 6,700 sq foot bar and restaurant spanning two floors, located in the W Hotel Times Square Role in project: • Junior designer and draftsperson -- design development • Produced CAD documentation for initial permit • Assisted with overall design and created details for custom elements. • Worked closely with principals designing custom elements throughout, including ground floor 40-seat bar and custom back bar • Created 3D views using Sketchup
