‘Your physical body and the universe are composed of vibrating, rotating and translating units of energymatter. This can further be broken down into sub-components made of wave-particles (wavicles) condensed from, Frequency specific quantum units of elctro-magnetic “light”.’1

“Light or visible light is the portion of electromagnetic radiation that is visible to the human eye, responsible for the sense of sight.”1 Light has properties of both wave and particle. Light is made up of a photon. A photon is a single quantum (unit) of light. AKA “light quantum.” So light itself is an energy, a force.

A wave consists of crests, troughs or zero crossings. If you separate this into 2: you have two complimentary opposites. Energy is a force, that can be separated into duality: a positive and negative state.

Reminder: light has properties of both wave and particle. ‘Light in its spirit or quantum form, is timeless; spaceless; mass-less and charge-less. When light is separated: have space and time, ie matter. So as human beings, we can either live in a world of duality (positives or negatives) / (debits or credits) or We can live in a world of “Light.”’1

Whatever you disown in your life, you will keep attracting into your life. You either attract; breed or become your disowned self. True worth is about embracing both sides of the quantum. Each time you do so, you rise in self-worth.”2

Forms Two blank pages, each with 7 columns, 5 lines each. Page 1: Title ‘Side A – column numbers 1 to 7. Page 2: Title ‘Side B – column numbers 8 to 14.

Pick a person at work or personal life that you are emotionally charged about. Who do you perceive is running your life or burdening the most? Who do you resent or despise the most? Who do you infatuate with, admire or attract the most? Who do you feel ‘incomplete’ with?

In column 1, first line – write down the trait, action or inaction you most admire about this person. In column 8, first line – write down the trait, action or inaction you most despise about this person. Complete lines 2 to 5:

Column 1: Top 5 admired Column 8: Top 5 despised

Think in terms of chronology: What has this person done or not done (past remembered) Is doing or not doing (present) Will or will not do (future imagined) Think in terms of all 7 areas of life

Write down the trait, action or inaction in 1-3 concise words.

‘“I can’t think of many traits that I like about this person,” Remember that all events come in full quantum. If you have the power to see the thing that you admire, you equally have the power to see in the person what you despise. What happens is that you have attentively selected to see one side and not the other. When you deny the truth about the person, you also deny the truth about yourself.’2

‘For every person that you take the time to love and appreciate around you; It integrates another part within you. As a consequence, your own self worth expands. So do not do this exercise for the person, do it for yourself!’2

Write down in the box, the initials of the people who perceive in you, the same trait, action or inaction, that you see in this person. 20 – 50 initials. Think in all seven areas of life:

In column 3, write the first letter of the word that describes the drawback to you of that person having the trait in column 1. As long as you see more +ve than –ve, you will continue seeing that person and this trait as being superior to you, minimising your own self-worth.

The moment you equilibrate your perception about this trait, you can love the person for who they are without exaggerating the benefits. In column 10, write the first letter of the benefit to you of how the trait, action or inaction in column 8 benefits your life.

Principle: Every human trait has two sides. One a benefit and the other a drawback. No human trait is one-sided. Every human trait is neutral until some human judges it as either a benefit or a drawback according to his or her individual hierarchy of values.

In column 4, write the first letter of the word that describes the drawback to the person that sees the trait in you as listed in column 1. In column 11, write the first letter of the benefit to the person that sees the trait in you as listed in column 8. Think:

In all 7 areas of life; How it is a drawback or benefit to that person’s highest value.

Write down the initials of those people who see in this person, the opposite trait, action or inaction that was written in Column 1 and 8. Vector specific. Principle:

Every human being displays every human trait and every opposite human trait at the same time to the same degree. In line with values of the person. They were ‘mean to you’ when you did not honour their values and vice versa.

Write down the initials of those individuals who simultaneously did or does the opposite trait, action or inaction to that listed in column 1 and 8 Be vector specific. Principles:

No human trait is missing. Every human being receives a complimentary balance of human traits outward from others or inwards to themselves in order to maintain equilibrium.

Column 7: write down the first letter of the benefit if this person were to act out the opposite trait, action or inaction listed in column 1. Column 14: write down the first letter of the drawback if this person were to act out the opposite trait, action or inaction listed in column 8. Principle:

Re-affirms column 3 and 10.

Outcomes

You see things in equilibrium or ‘Full Quantum� Equilibrated mind. Gratitude and love for the person. Certainty and presence of mind. Greater self worth.
