So‌ are you returning of your exchange experience abroad? Are you about to end your team leader programme position? Or you just want to increase your commitment and personal development in our organization? This is your opportunity that we want you to consider. Being NST will allow you to contribute to the development of the national activities of AIESEC in Ecuador, and you will help us to achieve our national goals ensuring that we are going to work together in this great term for AIESEC. Finance and legal National Finance Member (2 Positions) 1.- Make an analysis from F&M area at a national level (SWOT). Please give possible solutions for each bottleneck. 2.- Considering the challenges identified in the first question, create an action plan in which you describe the main activities to execute each month, from January to July with dates, topics, target audience, and anything you consider important to include. 3.-Propose three specific strategies that allow an optimal development in terms of financial sustainability and core support, for local committees and development your proposals. 4.- What strategies could be used in order to standardize and simplify finance processes regarding revision and compliance of financial criteria like budget and report monthly?

Talent management Development Experiences Manager 1.- What are the benefits in having a career plan for individuals in the organization? 2.- What are the major bottlenecks in TM processes and delivering quality TMP/TLP experiences? 3.- How can we deliver relevant and impactful AIESEC XPs for our members? 4.-How can we encourage our members to take more ownership and responsibility towards organizational progress? 5.-What are the main pillars of a TXP and what would you suggest to LC that wants to ensure a qualitative TXP? 6.-Describe one concrete, innovative idea (and how you would implement it) to: a.
