Finance and legal National Finance Member (2 Positions) 1.- Make an analysis from F&M area at a national level (SWOT). Please give possible solutions for each bottleneck. 2.- Considering the challenges identified in the first question, create an action plan in which you describe the main activities to execute each month, from January to July with dates, topics, target audience, and anything you consider important to include. 3.-Propose three specific strategies that allow an optimal development in terms of financial sustainability and core support, for local committees and development your proposals. 4.- What strategies could be used in order to standardize and simplify finance processes regarding revision and compliance of financial criteria like budget and report monthly?
