AIESEC in Ecuador is being EPIC this year, so this year’s National Congresses will have to be just like it. The OC will be the most important people for us to have a healthy National Congresses. They acquire exponential knowledge in conference development and will ensure through their efforts financial sustainability and smooth logistics in order to bring one of the most memorable conferences for AIESEC in Ecuador . CONAL 2015 This congress is so much relevant for our entity not just for being the first one in the National Educational Cycle, also because in this congress the LCs have the opportunity to meet the applicants for MCVP in the next term. Is a legislative event and has a big component of planning for the LCs and the new executive boards which are going to be for first time performing their role in a national event. The conference is a big opportunity to reload the LCs energy and refresh the ideas to perform the next year.

OCVP LOGISTIC - Manage and secure place with the right conditions for the development of the event - Manage physical and technological resources to ensure the successful delivery of the sessions during the event (video beam, conference rooms, chairs, resources, etc). - Organize and track the agenda as part of the event (conferences, workshops, availability of resources. -
OCVP EXTERNAL RELATIONS Asses and manage the LC previous contacts (alumni, parents, members, universities, partners) in order to make possible the achievements of different types of resources useful for the development of the event. Determine the resources requirements to conduct the event, which can be obtained from our external environment and get the respective sponsors. Create products and proposals to sell the event. Manage as many resources sponsored by external allies and seeking sustainability
