**If you currently live in Glen Mor building F or G and want to live in your exact same space next year, you MUST submit a new Security Deposit during the Lease Renewal Program. You MUST fully move out of your current apartment on June 15, 2024. You will be able to move back into your Glen Mor space on Campus Apartments Move-In Day, September 20, 2024.

FAQS Can I keep my apartment space during the summer? Yes, if you currently live in Glen Mor building D, E, I, L, or M. To remain in your apartment payment-free for the summer, you must renew your contract for the exact same space for the following academic year, July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025.

If you currently live in Glen Mor buildings F or G, you can renew your Academic Year Contract for the exact same space, but you are required to completely move out on June 15, 2024. You can then move back into the same space on Campus Apartments Move-In Day, September 20. You will need to be prepared to submit a new $200 Security Deposit when you submit your renewal contract.

Can I stay during the summer if I want a new space? Sorry, but no. If you are moving to a new space for the next academic year, you must move out completely when your contract expires on June 30 (Buildings D, E, I, L or M) or June 15, 2024 (Buildings F or G), and move into your newly-selected apartment on Move-In Day, September 20, 2024. Summer housing is available in the residence halls at a daily rate, including meals. Check housing.ucr.edu for details beginning May 16. We can also provide you with the contact information for storage facilities in the area, if needed.

What if I live in an LLC at Glen Mor?

Students living in the Honors LLC will be able to move back into a space in the Honors LLC if they are approved to continue to be in the University Honors Program. You may want to contact UHP to be certain. If you currently live in the Strides to Success LLC or the Pathways LLC, you are not eligible to reside there for a second year. You will need to select NEW SPACE during the Lease Renewal process and be prepared to completely move out of your current space on your June Contract Expiration Date.

If I submit an application to move to a different apartment space during the Lease Renewal Program, when will I be notified if I have a space?

You will be given priority access to self-select your new roommate(s) (February 14 - 21) and room space (February 22 - 28) from all available campus apartment spaces (except North District). You will be assigned a timeslot to complete each of these processes. You will want to act promptly because spaces will be limited and will quickly be claimed by other students. Preferences and space cannot be guaranteed. NOTE: You will want to be prepared to sumbit a new $200 Security Deposit at the time you self-select your new space and sign your new contract.

I’ve read this brochure, but still have some questions. Where can I get more information?

During the prior week, QR codes were posted on posters and emailed to students for informational webinars about the Renewal Program. Complete details about your options will be sent via email on January 23. Please read that email carefully. If you still have questions, we highly suggest that you visit us in-person at the Housing Administration Building during business hours, Monday - Friday, 9:00am 4:00pm.

You may also email us at housinginfo@ ucr.edu or call (951) 827-6350. But please understand that phones and email are typically highly impacted and response time will be slower.
