Readiness inspection Airmen assemble tents for a noncombatant evacuee operation during a readiness inspection Tuesday on Ramstein. The purpose of the NEO inspection is to train Airmen to safely evacuate noncombatants from hostile environments or natural disaster areas.

The ceremony officially marked the relocation of ERMC headquarters from Heidelberg to Kaiserslautern.

Off-base residents must observe quiet hours: The use of motor-powered lawn mowers or other garden equipment is only permissible from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m., and 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. weekdays, and is not permitted Sundays or German holidays.
