Better manage your ecosystem
Are you interested in seeing how to turn native species and ecosystems on your property into an advantage? A workshop being offered in Pittsworth could help.
The event is scheduled for Saturday, 4 March from 8am to 1.30pm at the Pittsworth Function Centre, 42 Hume Street, Pittsworth.

Southern Queensland Landscapes, Pittsworth Landcare and Jennifer Silcock from the University of Queensland are providing a free bus tour that will take you on two field walks at Cambooya Grassland and McEwan State Forest at Stoneleigh.
The workshop includes:
•Learning what’s on your property and the native species that you might be overlooking
•Identifying different ecosystems on the Downs and how to best look after them
•Managing appropriately to maximise the benefits and future-proof your property
