UGROW Organics and Agence RLA Pre–Launch Ultra High Yield Ecology Temple™ Micro Organism Farm Solutions Conventional Water Use Not Required SOLANA BEACH, CA–The future of your food, and your health is here, and it costs a fraction of what you pay today. Vegetable forward diets are a healthy trend and people are appreciative of Paleo, Vegan, and raw foods. A trip to a high-end market can be expensive, while new solutions create abundance and accessibility. When we buy lunch, order a sandwich, admire the salad greens, we don’t often think what we can’t see may be unhealthy for us. Organic food production media including soil and hydro are not under examination for contaminants, toxins, or pharma. That’s why UGROW Organics and Agence RLA have joined forces to develop and disseminate solutions for modular closed loop agriculture hubs. The food we eat, the crops we plant and value, including vitamin–dense greens and antioxidant super–foods, along with cannabis (CBD medicine), guarantee the quality of our lives. One of the most productive food growing regions, and the sixth largest economy in the world, California’s water is scarce, and not of uniform quality; it is expensive, and what’s in the water is questionable, even in an organic food production environment. Our focus is to provide sustainable solutions for healthy living. These systems do not rely on petrochemical or animal products, which can produce anaerobic bacteria and E. coli. California’s water travels a long way. 25% of San Diego’s water comes from Bay/Delta to the North, and 75% from the Colorado River to the East. Giant pumps require massive power systems that are inefficient in the extreme. San Diego is at the end of the line, where concentrated metals, fluoride, hard to remove chloramines, birth control, anti–depressants, heavy metals, and agricultural chemical inputs, reside in our cup of tea, cool glass of water, coffee mug, shower, and vegetable garden–if we use water from the tap, or the spigot. Resident compounds and unwanted elements of all kinds are in 1

concentrations as high as 550 parts per million in San Diego, 230 parts per million in Los Angeles, and 27-30 parts per million in San Francisco, where water flows downhill from the relatively pristine Hetch Hetchy reservoir near Yosemite. The better choice for agriculture means controlling local water quality for production for restaurants, medicinal products, grapes, and berries. Grapes are a perennial vine. Periods of dormancy and productivity can continue for hundreds of years. Cannabis, greens, tomatoes, and vegetables are an annual crop. Their vegetative and fruiting cycles are short lived. Vegetative and fruiting cycles deplete the soil, with the plant requiring increased soil care and nutrients. Otherwise root disease and nematodes take hold. We use a non– soil growing substrate that holds and concentrates beneficial microbes. This presents an opportunity for waste stream management and repurposing organic material into plant food. Taking something with negative value and turning it into an asset, one output becomes an input for another system. That’s how nature works, we’re speeding it up. RO filtration and condensate capture ensure clean water inputs. Typically, toxins are transported via PVC (polyvinyl chloride) irrigation pipes. PVC leaches Bisphenol F (BPF; 4,4'-dihydroxydiphenylmethane), absorbed by plants, and likely not what you want in your sandwich. We offer consumers support with new standards and practices, particularly in regard to emerging markets for Cannabis and CBD. Advanced composting products from UGROW and Agence RLA address the problem. Ecology Temple Solutions are non site–specific grow pods, modular, replicable, and distributable: 1. Ultra small footprint, high yield, rapid grow applications, requiring minimal/smallest possible, even no conventional water use, with minimal evaporation. Systems are solar powered, with maximum benefits derived from clean waste stream inputs, such as organic materials, clean paper, and field scraps, preventing nutrient loss from flooding in conventional ag systems, while maintaining a full spectrum of minerals for human consumption. 2. Benefits are high nitrogen counts, and full spectrum trace elements sourced from green manure, weeds, hay, straw, legumes, and shavings in a controlled pH media environment. 3. Relying on concentrating nutrients, in the form of advanced composting or solar aerobic aquaculture systems that sequester or sink carbon through decomposing organic material, delivering carbon to feeder roots. Composting is the highest means of carbon sequestration; it is good for the environment, and good for human beings. 4.
