Heart Health & Healthy Life Management

Fitness & Exercise Zumba Gold Class

Routines feature the fusion of Latin and international music and dance themes that tone and sculpt the entire body creating a one of a kind workout. Program allows for modifications for the skill level of the participant. Choose Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays, 8:30 am – 9:30 am; or Tuesdays, 5:15 pm – 6:15 pm. Gentle Yoga

Prepared Childbirth Education Class

Mommy & Me Class

Designed for anyone wanting to reduce stress and incorporate yoga into their healthy lifestyle. Participants will feel calmer, balanced and strong. Tuesdays, Nov. 1 – Dec. 20, 10 am – 11 am, $36/8-week session (Event Code: 6N04)

Bone Builders Class

During this 4-session class, mothers and their support persons will learn about the labor and birth process, methods of relaxation, breathing and pushing techniques, and available pain medication, as well as preparing for an unexpected cesarean birth. Must be at least 32 weeks gestation to attend class.

A progressive resistance and weight-training program for postural correction, bone strengthening and improved balance. Designed to benefit people of all ages.

New Brother/New Sister Day Camp

Happiest Baby on the Block Class

New Mom Tea

For women who gave birth at Advocate BroMenn within the past year or are about to deliver. Participants will be able to socialize, visit vendors with businesses of interest to new moms and join in a mini-Kindermusik program by Music Connections. Internal Strength: Exercising the Pelvic Floor

Connections Book Club for Women

Bone Density Screenings

Women Taking Care Luncheon: The Top of the Gift

The staff from Casey’s Garden Shop will show participants how easy and inexpensive it can be to transform regular gift wrap into beautiful art. The Grief Group
