AE7’s design for the Eastern District Center, will offer a place of convenient access, where residents and visitors may wander and enjoy, strolling with family, shopping, and relaxing along green open spaces, amongst a mixed group of people within a sub-urban environment.
The Project aims to strike a balance between building typologies and functional requirements to achieve quality experiences for all end users.
Al Arous Community is the first integrated residential community by ROSHN in Jeddah. It spans 4M m2 and comprises six (6) districts with a total of 19,000 residential units, an artificial lake/ canal, community amenities, and support services, such as schools, medical, and civic facilities.
Within the wider Al Arous Community, The Project is situated at the heart of the Eastern Village District, facing the community’s main entrance (approaching from Al Madinah Road), and surrounded by a clustered urban form that provides an ideal destination for walking, cycling, micro-mobility and scenic drives.
