The District Retail project is divided into three plots (Plot 1, Plot 2 & Plot 3), with a min of 18,560 sqm GLA (Gross Lease Area). The commercial/retail building (Plots 1 & 2) with around 14,280 SQM as GLA should be a one stop destination for, but not limited to, shopping, dining, events, visit, anchors with approx. of 26 leasable spaces, offering a favourite shopping, dining and lifestyle destination.
The retail center is organized around a pedestrian promenade and climate controlled retail street. The promenade is anchored on the west end by the office building, retail anchor and town square with the east end anchored by the grocery store and restaurant cluster.
In collaboration with Roshn, the design of each plot has been further developed to refine the overall leasing area, parking layouts, pedestrian circulation, vehicle circulation, vertical cores and elevators, and program considerations, aligned with the Salmani architectural style.
