INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders from outside the U.S. must be prepaid in U.S. dollars by check drawn on a U.S. bank or by credit card as indicated in part 3, and must include an additional charge of $10.00 per book plus 15% for shipping and handling by surface mail.
