We strive to do both. Timely Closings - You set the closing deadline, not us. If there is an issue with it we will let you know in advance. Agency-Direct Lender As an agency-direct mortgage lender, AFN has the loan products to meet virtually every unique need. AFN is a Fannie Mae Seller/Servicer, Ginnie Mae and Freddie Mac Issuer, and USDA & VA LAPP approved. We have a variety of loan products from the basics like Conventional conforming, FHA, USDA, and VA, to the hard to find, like Jumbo loans. In recognition that we cannot always be everything to everyone, we allow our Loan Officers to broker whenever necessary. Having such a wide and varied product offering gives us a unique advantage.
