TO DO AT HOME Bored at home? If you have children, they may be a little stir crazy as well being indoors during the quarantine. Here are some ideas to keep you and your family busy while you stay at home during the current quarantine.
movie night Take time as a family to enjoy a movie night. Let each family member pick a movie, pop some popcorn and have a movie night in. In nice weather, you could setup your movie night outside with a projector.
indoor camp out Set up a tent and have an indoor camp out. If you have kids, they’ll love mixing up the routine. Play games, make indoor smores or your favorite treat!

yoga Yoga and meditation are great at home options for body and mind wellness. Many online classes are available at little to no cost during stay at home orders.
cardio Get your heart rate up with cardio activities. Walk up and down a set of stairs or do jumping jacks.
walking Exercise doesn’t have to be limited to inside your home. Walkking is good for our well-being. Remember to practice social distancing and keep at least 6 feet distance between other people.
