Motorised Sliding Roof Systems To provide maximum useability from a space all year, many building designers are looking to large operable glass roofs to provide a striking and practical feature for their building. Custom built framing can be either factory or site glazed as required. Silent electric motors will open and close the roof with optional wind and rain sensors providing automatic closing in inclement weather. Optional AGP operable louvres can also be fitted above the sliding roof to provide total control over the environment.

Glazed Roofs Awnings Motorised Lift-up& Roofs Meeting a need to provide a versatile hybrid living space, AGP designed special hydraulically driven lift-up glass roofs that are ideal for sun rooms in penthouse apartments and houses where available space is limited and sliding roofs are not practical. This design allows the inside space to be opened up during suitable weather conditions to provide natural air ventilation, and closed in inclement weather to still provide a usable space. To further enhance their appeal, AGP motorised louvres can be fitted above the lift-up roof to provide additional sun control.

Motorised Adjustable Awnings AGP has been at the forefront in designing unique motorised facade treatments that help building developers address development and environmental concerns. In the closed position these adjustable motorised awnings provide privacy, whilst still allowing light to penetrate, and in the open position they permit unobstructed views and protection from the midday sun. These custom fabricated awnings, controlled by electric actuators, are made from mild steel frames with the rafters available in a range of materials.

Vertical Lift-Up Windows To allow large faรงade windows be opened up, AGP can build a vertical lifting glass window wall system. Electrically operated with safety sensors the windows can silently raise and lower as required. As with all AGP morotised systems, vertical lift-up windows can be custom design and built to suit the aesthetic and practical requirements of the building.
