Rooftop Events Hall CONFERENCE SPACES WITH NATURAL LIGHT AND FLOOR TO CEILING WINDOWS OVERLOOKING THE SEA For the organization of events in Ibiza we have a large hall of 236 sqm which can be added to our restaurant area, having capacity for up to 310 participants in total. This space can be configured in different ways where the large windows can be hidden, leaving the space be part of the terrace, filling the room with natural light and offering an amazing panoramic sea view. WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE MEETING ROOMS?? If you book one of our meeting rooms for your event, a bottle of water, folders, pens and flipcharts are included in the price. Please, let us know if you have any other request that we can arrange for you.
HOW THE CANCELLATION POLICY WORKS? We ask for a deposit of the 30% in order to confirm your event and for the 50% as a second deposit two months before the event. The cancellation will mean the loss of deposits made to date.
WHAT IF IT RAINS ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT? If it rains on the day of your event outdoors, the hotel has various areas where confirmed services can be provided under cover. Rain is no problem!
DO YOU HAVE ANY SPECIAL OFFER? We have a DDR standard package which includes a meeting room and a coffee break and a premium package which includes a second coffee break and a meal. Our events team will inform you further about our special rates.
CAN WE CUSTOMIZE THE SPACES? Our meeting rooms and common areas can be customized or decorated for your event.
WHAT’S THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS? There is no minimum of guest to hold your event. For our F&B options, we ask for a minimum of 35 people.
AND THE MAXIMUM? In the function rooms, a banquet or a meeting can be held up to 300 people. The Scuba terrace can hold a maximum of 350 people.
