Fun until the early hours CELEBRATE WITH YOUR LOVED ONES THE FACT THAT YOU’RE NOW HUSBAND AND WIFE For those celebrations that don’t end at the wedding feast, we provide a large, completely private discothèque, with a high-quality sound system, spectacular lighting and a maximimum capacity of 250 people. The discothèque is a versatile room ideal for various setups: open bar, mixing table, stage and dance floor, amongst others. Our Decorations staff will give the room a special look for each celebration, imbuing it with the bride and groom’s style and the magic of an unforgettable party. What’s more, our Wedding Planner can help with booking a D.J. or music group, so that the guests enjoy themselves until the early hours with the bride and groom’s favourite themes.

Aguas de Ibiza’s spa and beauty centre are among the best that Ibiza has to offer. For the bride’s hair and make-up our Hairstylists can do any bridal hairstyle on request. Also, we have a professional cosmetician, and can provide services to refresh the bride’s make-up during the day of the wedding at no cost.
Aguas de Ibiza gives the bride and groom a suite for their wedding night free of charge. Breakfast, admission to the spa and two 90-minute couple’s relaxing massages are also included. Also, Aguas de Ibiza offers 15% off its rates to your guests should they need accommodation.

WHAT ARE THE “TIMINGS” AT A WEDDING?
Antes de decidir el menú de la boda, se realiza una prueba de menú con los platos que creáis más os puedan gustar.
Normally, a wedding with a ceremony at the hotel will go something like this: Arrival of guests Ceremony (approx. 40 min.) Drinks reception (1:30h) Going down to function rooms or gardens Gala banquet (approx. 2:30h / 3:00h) Open Bar and discothèque (up to cut-off time of 04:00 a.m.)
WHEN DO WE HAVE TO CONFIRM THE FINAL NUMBER OF GUESTS? One week before the wedding.
CAN WE HOLD THE WEDDING CEREMONY AT AGUAS DE IBIZA? Yes, this has been done many times at Aguas de Ibiza. Wedding ceremonies are almost always held on the hotel’s roof terrace, with the altar positioned looking out over the sea. Legally only civil ceremonies can be held, and for that purpose the bride and groom must be resident on Spanish territory. We also hold blessing ceremonies for non-residents of Spain.
IS AGUAS DE IBIZA A SUITABLE VENUE FOR A WEDDING WITH CHILDREN? Yes, the whole of the hotel and grounds are safe and suitable for children to attend the wedding without the parents running into problems. Furthermore, if you wish you can book our babysitting staff.
UNTIL WHAT TIME CAN THE WEDDING GO ON? The cut-off time for the wedding to end is 04:00 a.m. There are options close to the hotel if you wish to continue celebrating, without needing a car or taxi.
WHAT’S THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS? An event can be held with any number of guests. Wedding meals are designed for a minimum of 35 guests. Decorations and flower arrangements, plus spa treatment and wedding-night accommodation, are free for events with a minimum of 80 guests. If there are fewer guests, please enquire.
AND THE MAXIMUM? The Vi Cool terrace can hold a maximum of 350 people. In the function rooms, a banquet can be served for up to 450 people.

MAY WE BRING OUR OWN WEDDING CAKE? There is a surcharge of 4€ per person for cutting and serving.
WHAT IF IT RAINS ON THE DAY OF THE WEDDING? If it rains on the day of the wedding, the hotel has various areas where confirmed services can be provided under cover. Rain is no problem!
MAY WE USE FIREWORKS? Nothing in the way of fireworks or fire may be used at the hotel.
HOW DO WE RESERVE THE DATE? Bookings are confirmed by a downpayment of 30% of the total payable. Non-refundable.
