[ENGINEER “ALI: MIRZA ,AND LAHORITE-QADIANITE DISPUTE]

Engineer “Ali Mirza: declares only two sects as Kafir, this proves that he is declaring any third sect as Muslim. But there are other sects which are equally Ka:fir . But Engineer of Jhelum is silent on them.

Further he cannot declare some sects as Ka:fir upon his own standard which are Ka:fir/Mon Muslim.

What Engineer “Ali: Mirza: is trying to convince his followers silently that even they are Muslim.

Engineer “Ali: Mirza and Lahori-Qadiani dispute.

In his lecture Engineer “Ali: Mirza: of Jhelum confesses explicitly that he declares only two sects as Ka:fir.

1] Qa:dianis 2]Nus:airis.[“Alavites] The reason for Declaring them as Kafir by Engineer “Ali: Mirza: is not that they believe in two different articles of Kufr respectively but the reason is that they declare Muslims, “Ali: Mirza of Jhelum [and his followers i.e “Alimirzais/Jhelumites] as Ka:fir.

The question is what Engineer “Ali: Mirza: of Jhelum says about the second Mirzai sect Lahorites.

Lahorites disputes from Qadiyanites on the following issues.

1- The Qadiani group says that the deniers of Mirza are infidels, but La:ho:ri: group does not consider them as infidel/Ka:fir.

2- The Qadiani group declares Mirza as a real Prophet, but La:ho:ri: droup do not declare him as a true Prophet.

3- The Qadiani group says that Mirza Qadiani is an “ Arab:”, but La:ho:ri: group does not consider him as an Arab.

This does shew that Lahorites/Lahories satisfy both conditions of Engineer “Ali: Mirza.

So Engineer “Ali: Mirza: is totally unable to declare Lahorites as Ka:fir.

All the Muslims declare Qa:diyani sect of Mirz:’is as Kafir since they denounce the FINALITY and Lasthood/ Lastness of Holy Prophet Muh:ammad [S:”AVS].

But Engineer “Ali: Mirza declares them as Ka:fir Only because they declare others as Ka:fir.

He further says that if they cease to declare others as Ka:fir , Engineer “Ali: Mirza: shall cease to declare them as Ka:fir.

This means that the only Kufr of Qa:diya:nis according to Engineer “Ali: Mirza: Of Jhelum is that they declare others as Ka:fir.

So Engineer “Ali: Mirza: cannot declare Lahorites as Ka:fir for this reason.

The first article of La:ho:ri:-Qa:diya:ni disputes stated above in red colour.

Enginner “Ali: Mirza: is confindent that Qa:dianis cannot accept Engineer “Ali: Mirza: ,his followers and Muslims as Muslim since if Engineer “Ali: Mirza: denies the claim of Prophethood of Mirza: and continues to be a Muslim then Mirza: Gh:ula:m ‘Ah:mad cannot be a Prophet.

But once again the problems is that Laho:rites are in agreement with Mirza: of Jhelum on this issue.

They do not consider Mirza: Gh:ula:m ‘Ah:mad as a Real Prophet but a Virtual or Pseudo prophet or a dummy prophet. Mirza: Of Jhelum says that If “Mirza: Of Jhelum denies the [ALLEGED] prophethood of Mirza Gh:ula:m Ah:mad Of Qa:diya:m and remains a Muslim then Mirza: Gh:ula:m ‘Ah:mad Of Qa:diaya:n cannot be a Prophet.

So Lahorites/Lahoris gladly ACCEPT the argument of Mirza: Of Jhelum , there is a perfect agreement between Muh:ammad “Ali Lahori:’s sect and Engineer “Ali: Mirza: Of Jhelum and his sect/followers [Jhelumites/Alimirizais].

Muslims declare Lahorites as Ka:fir .But according to the standard of Engineer “Ali: Mirza: ,they are Muslims [Na”u:dh:ubillah].

Similarly IF today Nazarites/Qara:mit:ah do not declare others as Ka:fir so Engineer “Ali: Mirza: cannot declare them as Ka:fir.

Engineer “Ali: Mirza: declares Nus:airis as Ka:fir only because they declare him and others as Ka:fir.

But this person of Jhelum is silent on Druze. Since Druze some times declares others as Ka:fir and some time say that the consider others as Muslims. So Engineer “Ali: Mirza: declared ONLY TWO sects as Ka:fir beased on the declaration of Kufr by them. So he is silent about La:horites, Druz ,Babites and Baha:’ites.

Last but not the least Engineer “Ali: Mirza: says that he is compelled (Majburan) to declare Qadianis and Nus:airis as Ka:fir shewing his sympathies with them.

Every thing is now clear that Engineer “Ali: Mirza: is one of the greatest heretic of twenty first century of Common Era. He has selected different heresies from different heretic sects and presents them in the Holy Nouns of Qur’a:n and ‘Ah:a:di:th:.

ANALYZATION Engineer “Ali: Mirza: opines that:1] 1f a person reciteth Kal-mah and claimeth to be a Muslim but denieth “The Finality of Prophethood Of Holy Prophet PBUH, he remaineth a Muslim. [According to Muslims to deny the Finality of Holy Prophet is a Kufr with certainty].

2] If a person recieth Kal-mah and claimeth to be a Muslim but declareth other Muslims as Ka:fir he becometh a Ka:fir and ceaseth to be a Muslim. [Muslims do dispute that if a person declareth a Muslim as Ka:fir, whether he becometh a Ka:fir or not. Muslims differ on the interpretation of the Tradition quoted for declaration of Kufr of a person who declareth a Muslim as a Ka:fir. How ever Engineer “Ali: Mirza: considereth such a person as a Ka:fir].

3] If a person reciteth Kal-mah and claimeth to be a Muslim both commiteth both of the stated above i.e 1 &2 then he is a Ka:fir due to the 2 and not due to the 1.[ What Engineer of Jhelum saith in the under discussion portion of the lecture of Engineer “Ali: Mirza under discussion.]

[Na”u:dhubillah Va ‘Atagh:farullah] This means that according to the Engineer “Ali: Mirza: of Jhelum to deny the Finality of Holy Prophet PBUH is not the Kufr but to declare a Muslim is the Kufr.

It was long suspected that Engineer “Ali: Mirza: holds the view that if a person who so he may be reciteth Kali-mah and claimeth to be a Muslim yet holdeth some believes of Kufr, then the person is Muslim [Na”u:dh:ubillah Va ‘Astagh:farullah]. His opinion was clear that “if a person who recitethKal-mah and claims to be a Muslim believeth in some article of Shirk,he continueth to be a Muslim” was found explicitly in some lectures and implicitly in some lectures. But it was not suspected that he can go to such an extent that he would say the same in the case of denying the Finality of Holy Prophet, and the belief of Divinity of Saiyiduna: “Ali: RD: .

But it is now clear that his religious system is so dangerous that some day he shall say that if a person under the following three conditions :- a] Reciteth Kal-mah , b]Claimeth to be a Muslim , c] Doeth not declare other Muslims as Ka:fir continueth to be a Muslim even if :1] He believeth that Holy Prophet is an Incarnation of God. 2] He believeth that there is no Angel .

3] He believeth that Divine Knowledge is Nether Eternal Nor Comprehensive.

4] He believeth that Divine Essence [God/Deity] is Non Eternal With Out a Creator [H:adith: Bila: Muh:dith:].

[Na”u:dh:ubillah Va ‘Astagh:farullah] Or

5] He believeth that Qur’a:n is not the Final Book that is revealed from God/Deity.

[Na”u:dh:ubillah Va ‘Astagh:farullah] Or

6] He believeth that after the Holy Prophet the Term of Nabi is changed by some other , and some people shall be send by God/Deity under the new term.

[Na”u:dh:ubillah Va ‘Astagh:farullah] Or

7] He believeth in transmigration of souls/spirits and in reincarnation.

[Na”u:dh:ubillah Va ‘Astagh:farullah] Or

8] He believeth that God/Deity Himself visiteth the world without incarnation and without manifestation.

9] He believeth that there shall be no Qiya:mah .

[Na”u:dh:ubillah Va ‘Astagh:farullah] Or

10] He believeth that Shar” [Law] of ‘Isla:m is Abrogated by God/Deity [‘ALL-H].

[Na”u:dh:ubillah Va ‘Astagh:farullah] Or

11] He believeth that God/Deity Hath abrogated the Necessity [Fard:iah] of Zaka:h,H:ajj, S:ala:h et cetera.

[Na”u:dh:ubillah Va ‘Astagh:farullah] Or 12 ] He believeth that God/Deity Hath permitted Homosexuality. Et Cetera.

[Na”u:dh:ubillah Va ‘Astagh:farullah] 13] He believeth in some of the stated above articles of Kufr. Or 14] He believeth in all of the stated above articles of Kufr.

NOTE: If some one believeth in a belief and remaineth to be a Muslim them the belief is not an article of Kufr.

Similarly if some one believeth in an article and cannot be declared as Ka:fir due to his belief on the article then the article of belief is not an article of Kufr, even if the person is declared as Ka:fir due to some other article other then the former.

To deny that an article of Kufr is not an article of Kufr is a Kufr.

For example the belief A is a Belief of Kufr.

If a person P doeth not believe in A BUT either saith that this article is not an article of Kufr or saith if he saith that if some one believeth in it he remaineth to be a Muslim, the person P ceaeth to be a Muslim immediately.

AS IT IS SHOWN THAT ENGINEER “ALI: MIRZA IS A HERETIC AND AN APOSTATE FOR THE SAKE OF GOD PLEASE DO NOT LISTEN TO HIS LECTURES UNLESS AND OTHERWISE YOU HAVE SUFFICIENT KNOWLEDGE TO DETECT HIS FALLACIES AND APOSTASIES IN HIS LECTURES. He does not speak truth but he speaks falsehood and often accuses with out proper investigation. This is a sufficient proof that Engineer is a Ka:dh:ib [Speaker of Falsehood] .
