An excommunication in which such a person remains a member of 'ahlul H:adi:th: yet all activities like marriage, offering prayers are prohabbited.[Excommunication Of Second Degree]. Similarly Engineer "Ali: Mirza MUST BE considered to be completely separated from the 'Ahlul H:adith: in particular and 'Ahlussunnah in general until repentance. He is an agent of Heresy ,and Innovation. This is the only resort to save Muslims in general and 'Ahlul H:adith: in Particular and 'Ahlussunnah in some what less general. How ever one must always be preceded by attempts to reason with such offender to bring about his restoration to the faith of 'Ahlussunnah and 'ahlul H:adi:th: . One of the valid reason acceptable to ALL COURTS OF 'ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF PAKISTAN is that "Ali: Mirza: has declared Flaw [S-Q-M] in the Thirty Parts Of Holy Qur'a:n .
